Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Area Head to oversee operations and drive business growth in the designated region. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jorhat i. The Area Head will manage sales,, foster strong customer and dealer relationships, ensure sales targets are met, and oversee market activities. The role requires developing strategies to enhance brand visibility, executing business plans, ensuring compliance with company policies, and regularly reporting on performance metrics to senior management. This role requires effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills while consistently striving to grow the operational and financial performance of the assigned territory.
Qualifications
- Strong sales acumen, market analysis, and strategic planning skills
- Expertise in building and maintaining customer, dealer, and channel partner relationships
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and performance monitoring
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently & handing Distributor sales team.
- Knowledge of the electrical goods industry and market trends is preferable
- Minimum Graduation in any stream
