Are you passionate about building high-performing sales teams and driving business growth in the Life Insurance Agency Channel?
PBPartners, a brand of Policybazaar Insurance Brokers Private Limited, is looking for an experienced Area Head to lead our Agency Life Business in Asansol/Durgapur.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Drive business growth and achieve area sales targets.
✅ Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing field team.
✅ Build and strengthen advisor and distribution partner networks.
✅ Execute territory strategies and identify new market opportunities.
✅ Monitor business performance and ensure strong execution through regular reviews.
✅ Maintain compliance with regulatory and company policies while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Who We're Looking For
✔️ Proven experience in Agency/Regional Sales Management within Life Insurance or Financial Services.
✔️ Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
✔️ Expertise in business development and partner relationship management.
✔️ Analytical mindset with experience in CRM and performance tracking.
✔️ Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related discipline.
📍 Location: Asansol/Durgapur (On-site)
