Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Area Head role based in Gulbarga. As an Area Head, you will be responsible for managing and leading the operations of multiple branches within your designated area. Key responsibilities include achieving business targets, ensuring operational efficiency, fostering strong client relationships, and driving customer satisfaction. You will also lead and mentor a team, monitor performance metrics, develop strategies for growth, and ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is preferred.
