Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Head based in Noida. The Area Head will oversee and manage regional business operations, meet sales targets, lead and develop a team, and ensure the effective implementation of company policies. Responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, monitoring team performance, and providing strategic direction to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate a team
- Proficient in strategic planning and business development
- Experience in financial services, sales, and client relationship management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong knowledge of compliance and industry regulations
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and deliver results under pressure
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; an MBA is an added advantage
