About the Role
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals to join our team as Area Growth Managers (AGM). The role focuses on driving business expansion, managing field operations, and ensuring consistent revenue growth across assigned territories.
Locations Available
- North: Shimla, Dehradun, Lucknow, Agra, Ghaziabad, Guwahati
- South: Thrissur, Kannur, Thiruvananthapuram
- East: Murshidabad, Sundergarh, Malda, East Midnapore
- West: Ahmedabad, Kota, Churu, Bikaner
- Central: Siwan, Supaul, Kanker, Jamshedpur
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth in the assigned zone in coordination with the Zonal Manager
- Plan and execute growth strategies to meet business targets
- Lead and monitor field operations and company initiatives
- Identify, track, and resolve issues at depots and distribution points
- Ensure timely logging of CRM data for field activities
- Improve store performance through VM (Visual Merchandising), branding, and execution
- Manage zone flow and inventory movement efficiently
- Ensure timely submission of reports, insights, and performance analysis
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Any Graduate
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years in field sales / operations / FMCG / direct selling
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Languages: Strong communication skills with local language proficiency
- Other Skills:
- Strong leadership & team coordination
- Problem-solving and analytical ability
