Role Description The Area District Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area, responsible for overseeing service operations, customer relations, and business growth across assigned districts. This role includes managing field teams, scheduling and monitoring daily service activities, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards, and maintaining high service quality and customer satisfaction. The Area District Manager will analyze regional performance metrics, implement process improvements, and coordinate with senior leadership on sales initiatives, territory expansion, and strategic partnerships. They will handle escalations, conduct site visits, support key accounts, and ensure accurate documentation and reporting of operational and financial data. The role also involves training and mentoring team members, supporting hiring decisions, and promoting TankSpark’s brand and values in the local market.
Qualifications
- Operations and team leadership: experience supervising field teams, managing schedules and resources, and driving performance targets in a service or facilities management environment.
- Customer and stakeholder management: strong skills in client communication, relationship building, handling escalations, and maintaining high satisfaction levels across residential, commercial, and industrial accounts.
- Business and analytical skills: ability to analyze regional performance data, manage budgets, track KPIs, and contribute to sales and territory growth plans.
- Compliance and safety awareness: knowledge of environmental, health, and safety practices relevant to water, fluid, and tank management services.
- Communication and collaboration: clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with operations, sales, and technical teams.
- Preferred experience: prior experience in facilities services, utilities, environmental services, or related field operations; familiarity with the Karnataka market is an advantage.
- Education and qualifications: bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, environmental sciences, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
