Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for an Area Collections Manager. The role involves managing and overseeing collection activities within the assigned area, monitoring team performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Responsibilities also include coordinating with internal teams, maintaining records, analyzing collection data, communicating with clients regarding overdue accounts, and implementing strategies to optimize collections. The Area Collections Manager will play a key role in achieving collection targets and fostering strong client relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in financial management, loan collections, and debt recovery
- Proven ability in team management, performance monitoring, and coordination across departments
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using collection tracking tools and software
- Knowledge of loan processes and compliance standards in the financial services industry
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in collections or financial services is highly preferred.
