Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as an Area Collections Manager based in Latur. The role involves overseeing and managing collection operations to achieve targets in an efficient and timely manner. Daily responsibilities include communicating with clients and ensuring timely collection of payments, analyzing credit risks, minimizing delinquency rates, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The Area Collections Manager will also be responsible for training and monitoring the performance of the collection team while ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Proficient in credit and risk analysis, with the ability to identify and mitigate defaults
- Experience in collections management, team leadership, and achieving recovery targets
- Strong ability to build customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Proven skills in data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage teams and work effectively under deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of financial products, credit cycles, and regulatory requirements is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
