Role Description
We are seeking an Area Coach for a full-time, on-site role based in Madurai. In this position, you will oversee multiple outlets within your assigned territory to ensure operational excellence and adherence to company standards. Key responsibilities include monitoring store performance, mentoring and training store managers, implementing operational strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be required to analyze sales data, develop and execute action plans for revenue growth, and manage efficient resource allocation. Your role will also involve coordinating with various teams to ensure consistent implementation of company policies and best practices.
Qualifications
- People management, team leadership, and employee training and mentoring skills
- Strong knowledge of operational processes, store management, and resource allocation strategies
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data and create actionable plans for performance improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with teams and customers
- Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making to maintain operational standards effectively
- Prior experience in retail, FMCG, or related sectors is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field is required
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed
