Role Description
The Area Business Manager is a full-time, on-site role based Delhi, Lucknow, Hydrabad, Banglore, Mumbai, Chandigarh, Rajkot, Vadodara. The role involves overseeing sales operations, building strong relationships with clients, developing market strategies, meeting sales targets, and managing a sales team. The Area Business Manager is also responsible for identifying new business opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective coordination and problem-solving. The candidate will act as a key representative of the organization, promoting the brand and maintaining its reputation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong skills in Strategic Planning, Market Analysis, and Sales Forecasting
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to lead and motivate sales teams to achieve targets
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency with CRM software and general office tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the furniture or related industries is an added advantage
