Role Description
The Area Business Manager is an on-site, full-time role located in Meerut. The role involves managing and developing business operations in the designated area to drive sales growth and achieve targets. Responsibilities include engaging with healthcare professionals, building strong relationships with stakeholders, identifying market trends, and creating strategies to expand customer base and market presence. The Area Business Manager will also oversee the team performance, ensure compliance with company policies, and provide timely reports on business activities and sales outcomes.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in sales, business development, and relationship management
- Strong analytical and market research skills to identify trends and opportunities
- Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and team management
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently
- Familiarity with the medical devices or healthcare industry is an advantage
- Willingness and ability to travel within the designated area as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
