Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role as an Area Business Manager based in Bhavnagar. The Area Business Manager will be responsible for managing business operations and driving sales targets within a designated area. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners, developing and implementing sales strategies, and monitoring team performance to ensure desired outcomes. The role also involves training, mentoring, and motivating team members, as well as identifying growth opportunities in the assigned territory to maximize business potential.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales, Business Development, and managing sales teams
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Leadership and team mentoring abilities
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of the insurance industry is an advantage
- Ability to work on-site and adapt to a dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
