Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Business Manager located in Bhavnagar. The Area Business Manager will be responsible for driving business growth and achieving sales targets in the assigned region. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and mentoring a team of sales professionals, developing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring team performance, and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. The role also involves identifying opportunities for market expansion and ensuring excellent service delivery to customers.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including experience in managing teams and meeting sales targets
- Proficiency in relationship management, customer service, and stakeholder engagement
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management abilities
- Analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to identify market opportunities
- Prior experience in the insurance or financial services sector is advantageous
- Willingness to work on-site and travel within the region as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
