Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Business Manager based in Chennai. The Area Business Manager will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and managing a team of Financial Consultants. Responsibilities include developing effective sales strategies, achieving business targets, generating new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with key clients. The role requires effective coordination with sales teams to ensure consistent performance and driving business growth within the assigned region.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and business development skills, including experience in managing teams and achieving sales targets.
- Leadership and people management skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate a diverse team of Financial Consultants.
- Strong client relationship management and networking skills to foster trust and drive customer satisfaction.
- Excellent strategic thinking abilities, with the capacity to analyze market trends and develop actionable plans.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with a focus on articulating business goals and strategies effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other digital platforms to track performance and streamline sales processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry will be an added advantage.
