Role Description
The Area Business Manager is a full-time, onsite role based in Delhi. The role involves managing sales operations and driving business growth within the designated area. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring local sales teams, building and maintaining client relationships, creating and executing sales strategies, and identifying market opportunities. The Area Business Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve targets and ensure customer satisfaction while promoting the company’s product portfolio in alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Team Leadership
- Proficiency in Market Analysis, Client Relationship Management, and Territory Management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet business objectives
- Self-motivation, analytical thinking, and result-oriented approach
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the pharmaceutical or skincare industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Willingness to travel within the designated area as needed
