Role Description
The Area Business Head is responsible for driving sales performance in the Hyderabad region by leading, mentoring, and managing a team. This individual will establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and financial institutions, monitor key performance indicators, and ensure achievement of revenue and business targets. Core responsibilities include developing business strategies, identifying market opportunities, overseeing loan portfolios, and ensuring excellent client service throughout the loan process. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sales and business development strategies, market research, and team management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for financial decision-making and process optimization
- Proven ability to establish relationships with clients and financial institutions
- Must have 3+ years of expertise in secured and unsecured loan sales
- Experience with loan portfolio management, mortgage solutions, and end-to-end client servicing
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment in Hyderabad
- Previous experience in a similar role within the financial or loan advisory sector is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
