Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kanpur Nagar for an Assistant Relationship Manager (ARDM). The A.R.D.M. will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, promoting life insurance products, generating leads, and meeting clients to understand their financial needs. The role entails coordinating with various teams, achieving sales targets, and supporting customers through the policy acquisition process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sales, client relationship management, and customer service
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical abilities and a results-driven attitude
- Knowledge of financial products and the insurance domain
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in any field
