IT Program Management focused experience:
- Working closely with client staff and contractor personnel, as well as external vendors and stakeholders
- Being involved in the development of technical equipment specifications
- Working with external vendors to develop vendor quotations
- Strategically overseeing support software and hardware engineering and development efforts to maintain current and deliver new capabilities to enhance program priorities
- Strategically overseeing and identifying issues or dependencies to client staff and working to resolve them as prioritized by the Government Task Manager with input from client's leadership.
Additional experience:
- Bringing programmatic discipline to the management of complex systems.
- Administering communications solutions.
- Integrating systems and managing technical programs.
- System assessment and Assessment and Authorization (A&A) processes.
- Handling sensitive data, exercising discretion and sound judgment, and achieving mission outcomes.
- Customizing, deploying and maintaining Android cellular telephones.
- Using beaconing and tracking hardware, software, scripts, and code.
- Managing cell phones, laptops, and tablet devices, all of which require configuration and maintenance while maximizing uptime and communications reliability.
- Using encryption hardware and software and virtual private network (VPN) applications.
- Gathering and vetting new technical requirements.
- Identifying requirements and constraints pertaining to technical capabilities and solutions in support of training and educational exercises.
- Providing technical leadership.
- Utilizing and executing regulatory and data retention policies and modifying such policies with input and direction from key stakeholders.
- Cross-skilling and backfilling for teammates.
- Utilizing Microsoft cloud-based tools including Office 365, Azure, Entra, Intune, and Teams.
- Using communication tools including push-to-talk technology.
- Using map imagery applications.
