Description
As the Supply Chain Manage you'll oversee and optimize all supply chain activities supporting our assisted living memory care communities, ensuring uninterrupted access to health and wellness, dietary, facilities, and operational supplies essential to resident care and safety. This role leads sourcing, inventory, logistics, vendor management, and cost optimization while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and supporting high quality resident outcomes.

Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain, Business, Operations, Healthcare Administration, or related field
Skills: Experience with ERP / procurement systems and inventory management tools. Demonstrated success managing multi-site operations. Strong contract negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
Years of Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience of progressive supply chain or procurement experience, including leadership roles. Experience supporting healthcare, senior living, long term care, or regulated service environments.
Certifications: Healthcare supply chain certifications (e.g., APICS CSCP/CPIM, Lean, Six Sigma) preferred
Physical Demands: Sit for extended periods. Occasionally lift between 1-30 pounds. Walk throughout the office as needed. Maintain visual acuity and good hearing.
