Contract Co-ordinator

Do you currently work within a high-paced transactional environment? Do you have FM or Helpdesk experience? Do you like working to tight deadlines? Yes? We may have the ideal opportunity for you as Arcus FM are seeking a Contract Coordinator to join us on a permanent basis at our Glasgow site. You'll be working within our FM helpdesk department and will ideally have experience gained within a similar environment. You'll be joining our team as a point of contact for PPM and Reactive works for a major client. You will be required to schedule Planned works and Reactive works at our client premises, liaising with engineers, sub-contractors and client contacts at their sites to co-ordinate our service delivery in line with SLA requirements. You'll have a confident phone manner, being assertive when required, and be keen to take ownership of planning and scheduling of works for allocated regions. That will require developing relationships with field engineers, sub-contractors and client stakeholders, as well as operating effectively as part of a multi-functional team. You should also be passionate, have an attention to detail, and be able to work autonomously and be comfortable working to deadlines. Someone with experience in working with a CAFM system and willing to learn a new system set up would be highly desirable. If you have a 'can-do' attitude, and ability to organise and coordinate significant operations, and have great listening and problem-solving skills, with experience in planning and scheduling, then we want to hear from you!
