Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements, user stories, and solution designs.
- Guide development teams and support solution adoption.
- Participate across the SDLC and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Key Skills:
- Strong Oracle Cloud HCM experience, especially Core HR and Benefits within Hire-to-Retire.
- Knowledge of HCM Extract, HDL, OIC, Oracle AI Studio, and VBCS.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly with US and European senior stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum, business process transformation, and re-engineering.
- Advanced Excel and Data Analytics skills.
