Role Description The Architecture Specialist will work on-site in Faridabad in a full-time capacity, collaborating with design and project teams to develop architectural concepts, plans, and detailed drawings. Daily responsibilities include translating client requirements into functional and aesthetic designs, preparing presentations and documentation, and coordinating with engineers, contractors, and vendors during various project phases. The role involves integration of architectural solutions with structural, MEP, and interior design requirements, as well as ensuring compliance with local regulations, codes, and sustainability standards. The Architecture Specialist will participate in client meetings, provide design recommendations, support site visits and inspections, and contribute to continuous improvement of design methodologies and studio standards.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience in concept development, space planning, and detailing.
- Skills in Solution Architecture and Integration, including the ability to align architectural designs with structural, MEP, and interior systems.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with clients, consultants, and project teams, and for presenting design concepts clearly.
- Proficiency in relevant design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM platforms) and familiarity with visualization software.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes, with an understanding of sustainable and energy-efficient design principles.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or a closely related discipline; professional licensure or registration is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively in an on-site studio environment.
- Prior experience in high-end residential or luxury commercial projects is beneficial.
