Architecture Intern – Luxury Residential Design
Duration: 3–6 Months

Role Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and design-driven Architecture Interns to assist the team in the development of luxury residential projects, premium builder floors, private villas, and boutique hospitality projects.
This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in architectural design, documentation, and project coordination, along with extensive exposure to live construction sites and real-world project execution.
Interns will work closely with senior architects and project teams to understand how architectural and interior design concepts translate into built spaces, making this an ideal learning opportunity for students interested in high-end residential development, interior detailing, and construction processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist the architecture team in preparing architectural drawings, layouts, and basic working drawings.
• Support the development of concept diagrams, spatial layouts, and design studies.
• Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, and visualization studies for design presentations.
• Assist in preparing interior layout studies, furniture layouts, and basic interior detailing where applicable.
• Assist in the preparation of presentation boards, diagrams, and architectural graphics.
• Support the team in researching materials, finishes, fixtures, and architectural precedents relevant to luxury residential and interior design.
• Participate in regular site visits to observe construction progress, architectural execution, and interior works.
• Assist in site documentation, measurements, and recording construction updates.
• Support coordination between the design team, contractors, consultants, and interior vendors during project execution.
• Assist in maintaining project documentation and drawing updates.
Skills & Competencies
• Basic understanding of architectural design principles and residential planning
• Interest in interior design, materials, and spatial detailing
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and SketchUp
• Basic knowledge of visualization tools such as Enscape, Lumion, or D5 is an advantage
• Working knowledge of Photoshop or similar presentation software
• Good graphic representation and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Eligibility
• Students currently pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch)
• 3rd year onwards preferred for B.Arch students
• Interest in luxury residential architecture, interior design, and construction processes
Portfolio Requirement
Applicants must submit a portfolio showcasing:
• Academic design projects
• Architectural drawings and layouts
• 3D models or visualization work
• Any independent design or competition work
Additional Requirements
• Interns must have their own laptop capable of running architectural software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Candidates should be available for a minimum internship duration of 3 months.
