Role Description
This full-time, on-site role in Mumbai involves leading architectural and interior design projects from concept to completion. The responsibilities include creating innovative architectural designs, developing solution architecture, and ensuring seamless integration of design elements. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and deliver high-quality solutions that align with project goals and client needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architecture, Architectural Design, and Solution Architecture
- Strong understanding of Integration and ability to implement seamless design workflows
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with clients and interdisciplinary teams
- Educational background in Architecture or a related field, with relevant certifications/licenses
- Proven experience in successfully managing and delivering architectural projects
- Keen attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and meet project deadlines
01 Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed and accurate 3D architectural and interior design models using Autodesk Revit
- Create and manage BIM models across all project stages —construction documentation, As-Built and Handover documentation
- Produce high-quality rendered visualizations, walkthroughs, and presentation-ready outputs
- Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to integrate Structural, MEP, and Interior Design elements within a unified model
- Maintain and enforce Revit Standards, Families, Templates, and Content Libraries
- Prepare and review technical drawings, schedules, and quantity take-offs from Revit models
- Identify and resolve model clashes through coordination reviews (Navisworks or similar)
- Support project teams with Revit troubleshooting, workflows, and best practices
- Participate in design reviews and contribute creative input to spatial and material decisions
02 Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience in 3D modelling for Architecture and Interior Design
- Expert-level proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture and/or Interior)
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction processes
- Proven ability to produce production-ready BIM models and documentation
- Experience with rendering tools such as Inscape, V-Ray, Lumion, or 3D Max
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for 2D detailing and cross-platform coordination
- Familiarity with Navisworks for clash detection and model coordination
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and visual quality
Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP) — Mandatory Candidates must hold a current Autodesk Certified Professional credential in Revit Architecture. Please include your ACP certificate or Autodesk credential ID in your application.
03 Nice to Have
- Experience with Dynamo for Revit for parametric design and automation workflows
- Knowledge of IFC standards and Open BIM workflows
- Exposure to computational design tools such as Rhino
- Prior experience working within ISO 19650 and BIM Execution Plan (BEP) frameworks
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline
