Role Description
We are seeking an Architecture Engineer for a full-time, on-site position based in Devprayag. The Architecture Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, and supervision of architectural projects. This includes preparing detailed drawings, collaborating with other engineers and stakeholders, conducting feasibility studies, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. The role also involves project management, quality control, and assisting in the selection of materials and technology to meet client requirements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in architectural design, drafting, and 3D modeling using tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, structural systems, and engineering designs.
- Skills in project management, coordination, and supervision of construction works.
- Knowledge of construction codes, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
- Experience with building information modeling (BIM) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is required, with a master’s degree being an advantage.
- Relevant certifications in architecture or project management will be an added benefit.
