Client Collaboration: Consult with clients to define project requirements, aesthetics, and budgetary constraints. Documentation & Regulations: Prepare detailed construction drawings and secure necessary permits and approvals from legal authorities. Project Supervision: Manage projects from start to finish, visiting construction sites to ensure compliance with design specifications, budget, and timelines. Coordination: Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and specialists (structural, electrical, plumbing) to integrate all building systems.
