Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Architecture role based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Architect will be responsible for designing and planning architectural solutions, ensuring their proper integration and alignment with project goals. Day-to-day tasks include developing creative architectural designs, creating construction documents, analyzing project requirements, collaborating with teams to implement solutions, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design principles
- Experience in Solution Architecture and Integration techniques
- Strong Communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders
- An innovative mindset with a focus on creative problem-solving and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field
- Familiarity with relevant software tools and technologies in the architecture field
- Experience in sustainable and eco-friendly design practices is a plus
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
