About Us
Helix Architech is a specialized Architectural Visualization Studio delivering high-end photorealistic architectural renders, animations, and immersive experiences for architects, developers, and real estate companies.
We are looking for an experienced Architectural 3D Visualizer with a passion for creating realistic exterior and interior visualizations.
Job Role
As an Architectural 3D Visualizer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality architectural renders from AutoCAD/Revit drawings using 3ds Max and Corona Renderer.
This role is strictly for Architectural Visualization. Candidates with only game asset, product visualization, or D5/Lumion/Twinmotion-only experience will not be considered.
Requirements
✔ Minimum 2 years of professional Architectural Visualization experience
✔ Strong knowledge of:
- Autodesk 3ds Max
- Corona Renderer
- Adobe Photoshop
- Camera Composition
- Lighting
- Material Creation
- Photorealistic Rendering
✔ Ability to produce
- Exterior Visualizations
- Interior Visualizations
- High-end still renders
- Animation-ready scenes
✔ Understanding of
- AutoCAD drawings
- Revit models
- Architectural detailing
- Scale and proportions

Important
We are NOT looking for:
- Game Environment Artists
- Game Asset Modelers
- Product Visualizers
- VFX Artists
- Candidates who only use Lumion, D5 Render, Enscape, Twinmotion, or SketchUp without professional 3ds Max experience
- Architects or Interior Designers without strong 3ds Max + Corona skills
Experience
- Minimum: 2 Years
- Preferred: 3–6 Years
