Urgent Hiring for Architectural Sales – Mumbai (Worli) !!!!!
Looking for candidates with experience in OEM Sales & Contractor Handling !!!!!
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Architectural Sales professional responsible for driving project sales by building strong relationships with interior designers, contractors, architects, and OEM clients. The role focuses on product specification, project tracking, and ensuring strong brand presence across architectural and construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, contractors, architects, and OEM clients
- Promote and get company products specified in upcoming projects
- Identify new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and industrial segments
- Conduct product presentations, site visits, and client meetings
- Track ongoing projects and ensure timely conversion into sales
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events
- Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets
- Coordinate with factory teams for client sample approvals
- Handle end-to-end coordination with factory teams and internal stakeholders
- Manage OEM sales and contractor relationships effectively
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to read drawings and project specifications
- Result-oriented with strong sales acumen
- Good presentation and client management skills
- Knowledge of veneer products including natural, dyed, and hybrid veneer is mandatory
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in architectural/project sales
- Exposure to veneer, plywood, laminates, interior products, or building materials industry preferred
- Experience handling OEM sales and contractors
