Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architectural Intern role based in Pimpri Chinchwad. The Architectural Intern will support the design team in developing concept designs, schematic layouts, and detailed drawings for residential, commercial, and interior projects. Daily responsibilities include assisting with CAD drafting, 3D modeling, and presentation materials, as well as preparing schedules, documentation, and basic BOQs under guidance. The intern will help with site visits, measurements, and coordination with vendors, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained during execution. The role also involves participating in internal design reviews, researching materials and finishes, and maintaining organized project files and documentation.
Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to assist in plans, sections, elevations, and interior layouts.
- Strong Communication skills to collaborate with design teams, clients (as required), vendors, and site stakeholders.
- Understanding of Solution Architecture and Integration concepts as they relate to coordinating structural, services, and interior elements within a cohesive design.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Architecture or a related field.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar), and basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or presentation tools.
- Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to follow project guidelines and timelines in a fast-paced studio environment.
- Interest in high-end residential and commercial interiors, with a portfolio or academic work that demonstrates design thinking and visualization skills.
