Job Title: Architectural Intern

Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intern Architect to join our architectural and PMC team. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to real-time projects including redevelopment, high-rise residential, commercial, and infrastructure-related developments, while working closely with senior architects, engineers, and project managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in architectural design development and working drawings
- Prepare drawings, layouts, and basic detailing using AutoCAD
- Support 3D modeling and basic rendering (SketchUp / Lumion / Enscape / similar)
- Assist in preparing presentation drawings and client submissions
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and PMC teams
- Support documentation for approvals and statutory submissions
- Assist in site coordination and drawing revisions as required
- Maintain proper drawing records and documentation
Eligibility & Skills
- Pursuing or recently completed B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (mandatory)
- Working knowledge of SketchUp and 3D tools preferred
- Willingness to learn, good communication skills, and a professional attitude
- Interest in redevelopment, PMC, and large-scale projects is a plus
Preferred
- Candidates residing in Navi Mumbai
- Ability to work full-time during internship period
