Role Overview
This is a 90-day internship program based at our Pune office, designed to provide hands-on training in both architectural design and liaisoning practices.
Based on performance, candidates may be offered a full-time position at the end of the internship.
As an Architectural Intern, you will work closely with senior architects and project teams on live projects, gaining real-world exposure to design development, approval processes, and professional workflows.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in architectural planning, design development, and preparation of presentation drawings
* Prepare and review drawings, documentation, and submission sets for statutory approvals
* Support liaisoning activities related to sanctions and regulatory compliance
* Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders
* Conduct site visits, take measurements, and assist in project-related research
* Develop an understanding of approval procedures, local regulations, and documentation standards
Qualifications & Skills
* Basic knowledge of architectural design principles and planning concepts
* Familiarity with building regulations and approval processes (preferred)
* Working knowledge of software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools
* Strong communication and coordination abilities
* Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive attitude
* Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Architecture or a related field
* Ability to work effectively in a professional team environment
Compensation & Growth Opportunity
* Internship Stipend: ₹7,000 – ₹8,000 per month
* Full-Time Opportunity: Based on performance, candidates may be offered a role as a Junior Architect
* Junior Architect Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 per month
