Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architectural Intern at our Pune office. The intern will work closely with senior architects and project teams on live projects, gaining exposure to both design and liaisoning aspects of architectural practice.
Key responsibilities include assisting in architectural design development, preparing drawings and documentation, coordinating for approvals, and supporting project-related research and compliance requirements. The role offers valuable hands-on experience in real-world architectural workflows, authority coordination, and professional practice standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in architectural planning, design development, and presentation drawings
- Prepare and review drawings, documentation, and submission sets for approvals
- Support liaisoning activities related to statutory sanctions and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders
- Conduct basic site visits, measurements, and project-related research as required
- Learn approval procedures, local development regulations, and professional documentation standards
Qualifications & Skills
- Knowledge of architectural design principles and planning concepts
- Basic understanding of building regulations and approval processes (preferred)
- Proficiency or working knowledge of architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Architecture or a related field
- Ability to work collaboratively in a professional office environment
