We are hiring for Architectural Engagement Specialists (AES) across:
Mumbai | Delhi | Bangalore
Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic professionals who can build strong relationships within the architectural and design ecosystem while driving specification-led business growth.
The AES will engage with architects, interior designers, consultants, and developers to position premium automation and shading solutions in luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. This is a high-impact, relationship-driven role for professionals passionate about design, innovation, and intelligent spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, and developers
- Drive product specifications during the early design stage
- Conduct presentations, workshops, and specification meetings
- Identify and track premium residential, hospitality, and commercial projects
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to convert opportunities into business
- Represent the brand at design forums, architectural events, and industry conferences
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong exposure to architect/designer engagement
- Background from premium/luxury brands preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Passion for architecture, design, and lifestyle conversations
- Experience in B2B relationship management with consultants/developers
- Exposure to smart living, automation, or premium building materials will be an advantage
