Role Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman with advanced proficiency in Revit to join our team in Navi Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming architectural concepts into accurate, detailed construction documentation and 3D BIM models. You will work closely with our design team and senior architects to ensure all drawings comply with structural requirements, building codes, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting: Create detailed 3D models, floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction documentation using Autodesk Revit.
- Technical Accuracy: Ensure all architectural drawings are precise, highly detailed, and adhere to specific project standards and building codes.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to resolve design discrepancies and update models accordingly.
- Documentation Management: Manage and maintain drawing packages, revisions, and sheet setups within the BIM environment.
- Standard Enforcement: Assist in maintaining Kydeon’s drafting standards and ensure seamless file integration and data management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Architectural Drafting, ITI Draftsman, Bachelor’s in Architecture, or a related field.
- Software Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit is mandatory. Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD is also required.
- Industry Experience: 1–3 years of experience as an architectural draftsman, with a proven track record of handling complex construction documentation.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, strong spatial awareness, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Teamwork: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site team environment and meet tight project deadlines.
