Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architectural Draftsman based in Gurugram. The Architectural Draftsman will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural drawings, construction documentation, and assisting in the planning phases of projects. The role also involves interpreting design concepts into technical drawings and collaborating with the design and construction teams to ensure project accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings
- Strong knowledge of Architecture and Planning
- Experience in technical Drawing and detailing
- Proficient in CAD software and other drafting tools
- Attention to detail and the ability to interpret design concepts accurately
- Team collaboration skills and ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Architectural Drafting, or a related field
- Working knowledge of building codes and regulations is a plus
