About the JobWe are looking for a practical, experienced Architectural Draftsman or Junior Architect to design the master layouts and handle mapping for our residential colony projects in Meerut.
We don't need just a software operator who draws lines. We need someone who thoroughly understands MDA (Meerut Development Authority) rules and the UP Township Policy to design smart layouts that maximize our sellable plots without wasting land on roads or open corners.
Key Responsibilities (What you will do):- Colony Layout Design: Create highly efficient residential site layouts on AutoCAD.
- MDA Bylaws Compliance: Design proper road widths map out the green park areas, plot sizes, and manage commercial shop placements tightly.
- Map Approvals (Liaison): Clean, layer, and format all AutoCAD files correctly so they pass the online UP-OBPAS portal map scrutiny without rejection codes.
- Site Coordination: Regularly coordinate with our on-site civil engineers to ensure the ground measurements match our sanctioned drawings perfectly.
What We Are Looking For:- Technical Skills: Mastery over AutoCAD (must know proper layering, scaling, and closed polyline commands).
- Local Knowledge: Solid working experience with UP building bylaws, town planning rules, and MDA map clearing protocols.
- Experience: 4 to 8 years of direct experience working with private colonizers, local builders, or architecture firms in Western UP (Meerut, Ghaziabad, Noida).
