We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Drafter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing architectural drawings, construction documentation, and coordinating with engineering disciplines.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and detailed construction documents.
* Develop plans, sections, elevations, and shop drawings using AutoCAD/Revit.
* Coordinate with architectural, structural, MEP, and design teams.
* Ensure drawings comply with project requirements and standards.
* Revise drawings based on client and consultant comments.
* Assist in preparing submission drawings and presentation materials.
* Maintain drawing records and project documentation.
Requirements:
* Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Drafting, or related field.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
* Good understanding of architectural detailing and construction methods.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
* Strong coordination and communication skills.
* Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience in residential/commercial projects.
* Knowledge of BIM workflows.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
