Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South for an Architectural Drafter. The primary responsibilities include preparing architectural and construction drawings, collaborating with architects and planners on project designs, and ensuring plans align with design and regulatory standards. The drafter will also assist in refining construction documents and maintaining a high level of accuracy in technical drawings.
Qualifications
In-House Drafting
Develop architectural working drawings (plans, elevations, sections, details).
Prepare structural drawings including RCC layouts and reinforcement details.
Update drawings based on design changes and site inputs.
Maintain drawing revisions and documentation.
Consultant Coordination (Outsourced Scope)
Review drawings received from external architects/structural consultants.
Ensure alignment with project brief, company standards, and site conditions.
Identify discrepancies, clashes, and missing details across disciplines.
Coordinate revisions with consultants and track closure.
Consolidate final GFC (Good for Construction) drawings.
Integrate architectural, structural, and MEP inputs as per Team lead input
Support site team with timely drawing updates.
Skills & Tools:
Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
Working knowledge of Revit preferred
Strong understanding of RCC detailing.
Experience:
- 2–6 years in residential/commercial projects (developer or consultancy background)
