Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Architectural Drafter for an on-site role based in Chennai. The Architectural Drafter will create and develop architectural and construction drawings, collaborate with architects and project planners, and ensure adherence to plans and specifications. Responsibilities include preparing detailed layouts and drawings, assisting in project planning, and ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architectural Drawings and creating Construction Drawings
- Strong foundation in Architecture and Planning
- In-depth knowledge of technical drawing and drafting standards
- Attention to detail and ability to use drafting software efficiently
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field
- Familiarity with construction guidelines and local building codes is an advantage
