Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman to prepare accurate architectural drawings and technical plans based on design concepts and project requirements. The ideal candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD and have a good understanding of architectural standards, building codes, and construction detailing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, working drawings, and detailed plans.
- Develop architectural elevations and interior design drawings.
- Create and modify 3D models, renderings, and walkthrough presentations.
- Revise drawings based on client and architect feedback.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, interior designers, and project teams.
- Ensure drawings comply with applicable building codes and standards.
- Maintain organized project documentation.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion, Enscape, or similar 3D visualization software is an advantage.
- 1–3 years of experience in architectural drafting and 3D visualization.
