Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Architectural Drafter, located in Pune Division, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Architectural Drafter will be responsible for creating and revising architectural and construction drawings, performing detailed planning, and collaborating with architects and designers. This role involves translating conceptual designs into precise technical drawings and ensuring compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in creating Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings
- Should know Auto Cad and sketch up softwares thoroughly
- Strong understanding of Architecture and Planning principles
- Expertise in Drawing and visualization techniques
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and technical proficiency in drafting tools
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate in a team environment
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and standards
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Design, or related field
