Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architectural Drafter, located in Delhi, India. The Architectural Drafter will create and modify architectural drawings, including construction and planning documents, based on project specifications and requirements. They will work closely with architects and project teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with design standards and project timelines. The role involves translating design concepts into detailed technical drawings for use in project execution.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings, ensuring detailed and accurate documentation
- Strong knowledge of Architecture and Planning principles
- Competence in creating and reviewing technical drawings and blueprints, with attention to detail
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit)
- Ability to collaborate effectively with architects and project teams
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Experience in interior fit-out or construction projects is an advantage
