Role Description The Architectural Designer will work on-site in Vadodara in a full-time capacity, collaborating with engineering and project teams to develop architectural concepts and detailed drawings. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing construction drawings, refining architectural designs, coordinating with structural and fabrication teams, and ensuring that designs align with project requirements and regulations. The role involves translating design briefs into functional plans, supporting project documentation, and assisting in design reviews and approvals. The Architectural Designer will also contribute to design optimization, quality control of drawings, and effective communication with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to develop practical and aesthetically sound solutions.
- Proficiency in Construction Drawings and technical Drawing, including preparation of detailed plans and documentation for execution.
- Understanding of Urban Planning principles and their application to project layouts and site planning.
- Relevant academic qualification in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with CAD and other design software tools commonly used in architectural and structural design.
- Ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams and communicate design intent clearly.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
