Position : Architectural Designer
Experience Required : Minimum 1 year
Location : Kharghar
Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architectural Designer with experience in both interior and exterior design. The candidate should have knowledge of 2D & 3D drawings, solid infrastructure planning, and estimation calculations. The ideal candidate must be capable of handling design concepts, technical drawings, and project coordination efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create architectural designs for interior and exterior projects.
- Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings using design software.
- Develop layout plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
- Handle solid infrastructure and structural design coordination.
- Prepare project estimations, BOQ, and material calculations.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and execution teams.
- Ensure designs meet project requirements and industry standards.
- Visit project sites when required for measurements and supervision.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of Architectural Design & Drafting.
- Proficiency in 2D & 3D design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar tools.
- Understanding of interior and exterior design concepts.
- Knowledge of estimation and quantity calculation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail.
Qualification:
- Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil, or related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in architectural designing and drawing.
Preferred:
- Experience in commercial and residential projects.
- Basic knowledge of site execution and material selection.
