Art At Structures is looking for a creative and skilled Architectural Designer to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing architectural drawings, planning layouts, elevation concepts, working drawings, and coordination for residential and commercial projects.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare architectural plans as per UDCPR norms
• Create 2D/3D architectural concepts and presentation designs
• Prepare elevation view designs and façade concepts
• Draft structural drawings and detailing
• Prepare electrical and plumbing drawings
• Coordinate with structural engineers and site teams
• Modify drawings as per project requirements
• Ensure timely project delivery
Requirements:
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion or similar software
• Good knowledge of architectural planning, drafting & detailing
• Knowledge of UDCPR rules and building regulations
• Creative design sense and communication skills
• Experience in residential/commercial projects preferred
