🔹 Position Overview
As an Architectural Designer – II, you will work closely with US/India Project Managers and Job Captains to develop high-quality construction documents and support project execution from concept to completion.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
▪ Prepare and revise drawings based on daily/weekly project requirements
▪ Collaborate with Project Managers on design development and technical detailing
▪ Maintain high standards in design quality and documentation
▪ Assist in coordination and delivery of working drawings
▪ Ensure adherence to project timelines and schedules
▪ Support additional tasks as assigned by the team
🔹 Required Skills & Qualities
✔ Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
✔ Self-motivated with a proactive approach
✔ Excellent time management and deadline-driven mindset
✔ High attention to detail and observational skills
✔ Ability to work independently and in a team environment
🔹 Technical Requirements
▪ Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD
▪ Working knowledge of SketchUp
🔹 Qualifications & Experience
🎓 Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
🧑 💼 4–5 years of relevant experience
🌎 Experience working on USA-based projects is a plus
