We are currently partnering with a prestigious developer to spearhead a large-scale, mixed-use township project in Guyana. We are seeking a seasoned Design Manager who brings the vision and technical rigor to translate architectural intent into reality.

What we are looking for:
- Experience: 12–18 years in design coordination for large-scale townships or complex real estate projects.
- Education: B.Arch (Master’s in Urban Design/Construction Management is a plus).
- Technical Rigor: Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM. Familiarity with project scheduling tools (Primavera/MS Project) is highly preferred.
- Coordination Skills: A proven track record of managing multidisciplinary consultants and ensuring GFC drawings meet construction timelines.
Key Focus Areas:
- Managing the "Design-to-Site" pipeline to ensure zero delays.
- Bridging the gap between architects, consultants, and site execution teams.
- Driving design quality, RFI resolution, and seamless documentation flow.
