I am reaching out regarding an Design Manager (Architect) opportunity with a leading Indian infrastructure conglomerate. The group has a diversified presence across Real Estate, Airports, Energy, and Urban Infrastructure.
CTC Offered for the role is 25 Lacs
Job Purpose:-
The incumbent shall be responsible for the design management, coordination, documentation and administration of multiple high value projects, whilst adhering to the corporate governance protocols, and help in constructing projects across Goa Aerocity. The incumbent shall be coordination with Internal stakeholders Like Business development, Finance, Site, projects, finance, contracts; as well as external consultants which includes architects, structural, MEP, Landscape, Interiors, Green building, Lighting, etc. for buildings and infrastructure.
The position will report to VP-Design, and will represent the Design Team to work in close coordination with all Consultants, contractors/ Site / Projects teams/ Planning team/ Procurement Team, Corporate Finance, Statutory Team, etc.

- Design Administration
- Change Management
- Stakeholder Management
Expertise:-
- Development of detailed drawings for large building projects with various consultants across India Having in-depth knowledge of architectural engineering drawings and good interfacing knowledge of MEP, landscape, structural design, sustainability, IoT and other design interfaced disciplines.
- Confident in building bye-laws & Building plan approval process. Strong knowledge of National building code and good knowledge of other relevant planning & building codes.
- Hands-on and fast paced working in software like AutoCAD, Sketch up, Photoshop, MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Expertise in running architectural feasibility plans, test fits and preparing ballpark requirements for new projects.
