RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead architectural design documentation standards, detailing protocols, drawing set organization, and QA/QC systems
- Oversee coordinated architectural drawing packages across all project design phases including Construction Documents
- Direct daily architectural production across design development and construction documentation workflows
- Drive automation, AI-assisted design tools, and model-based documentation processes
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing Architecture team (50–100+)
- Establish training frameworks, competency benchmarks, and career progression models
- Act as primary India-based architectural counterpart to U.S. design leadership
- Enable seamless cross-time-zone collaboration and documentation continuity
REQUIREMENTS
- 10+ years of experience in architecture with strong emphasis on technical documentation and complex project delivery
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- Demonstrated leadership of large architectural/engineering production teams (50+) in global or distributed environments
- Deep expertise in U.S. construction documentation standards, detailing practices, and coordinated drawing production
- Advanced proficiency in Revit and architectural documentation workflows
- Familiarity with model-based documentation, structured data integration, and digital design environments
- Experience leveraging ERP solutions to drive operational efficiency and profitability
- Strong operational discipline — KPI-driven management, schedule adherence, and fixed-budget delivery
